STUR and PBun decided to 'run in the new year' with a race
So it was the PR Races NY Day 5k in this case!
STUR thought she had her old running chops-
But about mile 2 her pace went flop…
She still finished in a respectable time -
Doing your best is never a crime!
PBun started slow and thought about trying to negative split
But her mile two was too ‘quick’ - oh schnit!
She was still happy with her race
And hanging out with STUR in this case!
The weather was perfection and short sleeves would work -
However STUR kept on her long sleeve shirt!
They both were 'in' for 30 Days of Yoga with Adrienne
This challenge will be good for the body and mind zen
It started on the 2nd of January
And they think it will be manageable, you see
Adrienne’s dog Benji is the yoga assistant-
This will help the bunnies be more consistent.
