That was STUR’s Saturday WOD so that’s why!!
First she went out with Lazlo for sort of a “sprint”
He wanted to run today - the weather was heaven sent!
Sunday morning STUR picked up the Beast for some long course action -
Their efficient lane swam until the whole workout was done!
Afterwards they had some breakfast at the on site cafe-
The St James is a great place to swim and play!
PBun had a somewhat quiet weekend
Some swim and bike trainer on Saturday for the win
Painting around the house on both days
With a nice walk with her Riley on Sunday.
KBun was down in Cozumel Mexico
Just going 140.6 miles, don't you know?

Thanksgiving day some rabbits went running
From Charlotte to Springfield there was Turkey Trotting
PBun saw a friend from L4 swim team
Who is also a neighbor it would seem

Her race was at the St. James, so she jogged on over
But it wasn't timed and there weren't results but there was breakfast after
When she was done she ran back home
Before dinner at her cousin's, don't you know?
The Charlotte Turkey trot was run by STUR and her brother Andy-
They went to the race together - very handy!

There was an 8k and then a 5k -
You're called a "tough turkey" if you do both - no way!

Throughout the week PBun started her Christmas decorating
